Adam Holmes is a respected singer-songwriter with an impressive musical pedigree. His eight albums—Heirs and Graces (2012), Brighter Still (2015) Midnight Milk (2017) Dreamweaver (2020) Hope Park (2022) The Voice of Scotland (2023) Songs For My Father (2024) and Survival (2025)—have cast an impressive shadow across the UK folk scene.
He’s received Scottish Album of the Year Nominations (in 2014, 2017 and 2018), together with a number of BBC Radio 2 Folk Award Nominations. His songs have also featured widely on BBC Radio 2 and Radio 3, BBC Scotland, Edith Bowman’s BBC Scotland Quay Sessions show and Virgin Radio, amongst many others.Â
You may have heard Adam’s songs in the TV show Outlander, Hallmark Movies or on the BBC. Adam has a global audience: his songs have racked up hundreds of millions of streams.Â
His masterful songwriting and enchanting voice has, over the years, seen him work and share stages with big names including Graham Coxon (Blur), Dominic Aitchison (Mogwai), Eddi Reader, Laura Marling and Van Morrison.
